Your data never leaves your browser. All tuutil tools run on your own device: the texts, passwords or dates you enter are not sent to or stored on any server.

The website tuutil.com is run by its owner, whom you can contact at contacto@tuutil.com about anything related to privacy.

What data we process

We do not collect personal data directly: there are no sign-ups, forms or accounts. As on any website, the server hosting the page (Cloudflare) may log technical connection data such as the IP address, browser type and date of the visit, for security and operational purposes. If you email us, we will use your message and address only to reply to you.

Cookies and local storage

• Theme preference (technical): we store in your browser, using local storage, whether you prefer light or dark mode. It contains no personal data and does not require consent.
• Advertising (third-party): if ads are shown, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to display and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they are only activated if you give consent in the notice shown when you arrive. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising

This site may show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites. You can manage or turn off ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com and learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Third-party services

To work we use: Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery network, DNS and forwarding of the contact email); Google Fonts (typefaces are loaded from Google servers, which may receive your IP address); and Cloudflare’s cdnjs (helper libraries that are only loaded when you use the QR code and PDF merge tools). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Legal basis

We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and non-essential cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

We do not store what you enter into the tools. Technical logs and email messages are kept only as long as needed for their purpose. Third-party cookies last as long as each provider sets.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@tuutil.com. If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children

The site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
