Do I lose quality when compressing?
A quality of 70 to 80 cuts the size a lot and is usually almost unnoticeable. The lower you go, the lighter the file but the more quality you lose.
Which format should I choose, JPG or WebP?
WebP is usually smaller at the same quality and all modern browsers support it. JPG is more compatible with older software.
